The Norman Perrin Memorial Fund recognizes academic excellence among degree-seeking students in the University of Chicago Divinity School. It is not associated with the DSA. The fund encourages formal participation in professional meetings by subsidizing students’ travel, registration, and lodging expenses for conferences at which they deliver a paper.
Students may receive up to two (2) grants per academic year (i.e., Summer through Spring quarter), with a maximum grant for each in the amount of $200 (domestic) or $300 (international).
NB: Applications forms, receipts for expenses, and certification of formal participation (e.g., meeting program) and questions should be directed to Americia Huckabee, Assistant to the Dean of Students, in Swift Hall 104.
