Club leadership is an important part of the Divinity School community. Below are resources for club leaders pertaining to events, advertisement, and funding. Interested in starting a club? Let us know!

Funding

 

Club funding is determined by your club’s budget. The Treasurer will solicit budget applications at the start of each year through the DSA listserv. Once your club budget has been approved, the DSA refunds on a reimbursement basis.

In order to receive reimbursement, you must complete a reimbursement form, available for download here. Please make sure to attach scans of the original copies of itemized receipts.

Please submit reimbursement requests no later than 2 weeks after the quarter in which your event was held.

 

Advertising

 

Have a club event, public lecture, or looking to get more members? Advertise through DSA’s social media!

Social Media

To advertise on the DSA Instagram page, please email a description of your event including time, date, place, name, club hosting, contact information, and a blurb. You can choose to include a graphic or the DSA will make one for you.

 

Room Reservations

 

To reserve a room for your club event, please contact Irema Halilovic.
